| Creative Groove Studio Birthday Parties We know that no two children are alike. That's why we make sure that no two parties at the Creative Groove Studio are EVER alike. We customize every aspect of each party - from the games and activities to the music - in order to make sure your child has a memorable, one-of-a-kind birthday celebration. If you would like to celebrate your child's birthday at the Creative Groove Studio, we will talk to you to find out more about what your child loves to do or if there's a character or show he/she loves and we will then create a party around those interests. Children who take classes at the Creative Groove Studio get a discount on our party packages. If your child takes one class with us, you get a 10% discount on the prices below, if your child takes two classes, the discount is 15% and if your child takes three classes, the discount is 20%. Birthday Party Packages LEVEL 1 ROOM RENTAL ONLY - $295 (pricing is for maximum of 16 children and 20 adults) Includes: - Rental of the studio for a 2 hour party, - Creative Groove Employee to set up, host and clean up, - Balloons (mylar and enough latex balloons for each child to take a balloon home), - Happy Birthday Paper Goods (table covers, plates, napkins, banner) - Set Up and Clean Up We can add an art project to this party package - see below. We can customize this package if there are items you would prefer to provide yourself - see below. LEVEL 2 BIRTHDAY PACKAGE - $495 (pricing is for maximum of 16 children and 20 adults) Includes:- - all of the Level 1 package plus an entertainer. There is an extra charge of $50 for a puppet show and an extra $100 for a magician. We can add an art project to this party package - see below. We can customize this package if there are items you would prefer to provide yourself - see below. LEVEL 3 THEMED PARTY PACKAGE WITH PIZZA - $650 Includes Level 2 plus: 4 pizza pies Juice boxes Soda/water for adults Snacks Themed Paper Goods Personalized birthday banner Again, there is an additional charge of $50 for a puppet show or $100 for a magician. We can add an art project to this party package - see below. We can customize this package if there are items you would prefer to provide yourself - see below. ART PROJECT: We can provide an age-appropriate art project that relates to the theme of your child's birthday party. For example, for Dora the Explorer parties, we decorate backpacks. For princess parties, we decorate crowns and tiaras. For Little Einsteins' parties, we make an instrument. If you would like to add an art project to the party, there will be an additional cost of $30. CUSTOMIZE A PACKAGE: We are more than happy to do as much or as little as you would like us to. We can make deductions from the Level 2 and 3 packages if there are items you would prefer to provide yourself, for example, if you would like to supply paper goods or order the pizza yourself. The balance is due the day of the event. The cancellation policy is that the deposit is fully refundable 30 days prior to the event. After 30 days, only 50% will be refunded.
