2nd, 3rd and 4th Birthday Parties at
the Creative Groove Studio

We have celebrated lots and lots of 2nd, 3rd and 4th birthday parties
at Creative Groove during the past two years!

From Dora the Explorer to Diego to The Little Einsteins to Princesses to
Pirates to Olivia the Pig to Tinkerbell to Guitar Hero to a Rock 'n' Roll Jam
Session to Drumming 'n' Strumming to Shrek to a Beach Party
we have had a blast with many of Hoboken's most sociable 2 to 4 year olds!

For this age group (2 to 4 year olds), we open the party with an
age and theme appropriate art project (for example, decorating backpacks
or crowns or guitars or surfboards). We then dance and sing with one of
Hoboken's wonderful music or dance teachers or balloon artists or magicians.

We then end with food, cake and goody bags!

Birthday Party Packages

LEVEL 1 STUDIO RENTAL ONLY: $195
Includes:
- 4 hour rental of the studio
- Use of tables/chairs for children and large food table
You are responsible for set-up and clean-up. There will be an additional
$50 cleaning charge if the studio is not left in the condition it was at the
beginning of the party.

LEVEL 2 BIRTHDAY PACKAGE: $295
(pricing is for maximum of 16 children and 20 adults)
Includes:
- Rental of the studio for a 2 hour party,
- Creative Groove Employee to set up, host and clean up,
- Happy Birthday Balloons (mylar and enough latex balloons for each
child to take a balloon home),
- Happy Birthday Paper Goods (table covers, plates, napkins, banner)
- Set Up and Clean Up

We can add an art project to this party package for $30 - see below.

We can customize this package if there are items you would
prefer to provide yourself - see below.

LEVEL 3 BIRTHDAY PACKAGE - $495
(pricing is for maximum of 16 children and 20 adults)
(This package price includes the $200 charge that local entertainers charge for
birthday party entertainment. There is an extra charge of $50 for
a puppet show and an extra $100 for a magician to cover their fees.)

Includes:-
- Rental of the studio for a 2 hour party,
- Creative Groove Employee to set up, host and clean up,
- Happy Birthday Balloons (mylar and enough latex balloons for each
child to take a balloon home),
- Happy Birthday Paper Goods (table covers, plates, napkins, banner)
- Set Up and Clean Up
- Entertainer

LEVEL 4 PARTY PACKAGE WITH PIZZA AND DRINKS - $595
(price is for maximum of 16 kids and 20 adults)
Includes:
- Rental of the studio for a 2 hour party,
- Creative Groove Employee to set up, host and clean up,
- Happy Birthday Balloons (mylar and enough latex balloons for each
child to take a balloon home),
- Happy Birthday Paper Goods (table covers, plates, napkins, banner)
- Set Up and Clean Up
- 4 pizza pies
- Juice boxes
- Soda/water for adults
- Snacks
Again, there is an additional charge of $50 for a puppet show or $100 for a magician.

THEMED PAPER GOODS AND DECORATIONS AND PERSONALIZED BIRTHDAY BANNER
We can provide themed paper goods (table covers, plates, napkins, decorations) and a personalized birthday banner for an
additional charge. Please let us know if you would like us to do so and we can give you a quote based on the theme you
choose.

CRAFT PROJECT:
We can provide an age-appropriate craft project that relates to the theme of your child's birthday party. For example, for Dora
the Explorer parties, we decorate backpacks. For princess parties, we decorate crowns and tiaras. For Little Einsteins' parties,
we make an instrument. If you would like to add an art project to the party, there will be an additional cost of $30.

CUSTOMIZE A PACKAGE:
We are more than happy to do as much or as little as you would like us to.

We can make deductions from the Level 2, 3 and 4 packages if there are items you would prefer to provide yourself, for
example, if you would like to supply paper goods or order the pizza yourself. Please e-mail us at
Sally@CreativeGrooveStudio.com for a quote if you do wish to customize a party package.

Additional information:
A $100 deposit is required to hold the date.
The balance is due the day of the event.
The cancellation policy is that the deposit is fully refundable 30 days prior to the event. After 30 days, only 50% will be refunded.

Extras such as face painting can be arranged at an additional cost.
